The weather this past year in Montana has been especially strange. With the mountains and valleys it's always a bit unpredictable regardless of what the weather forecast says, and simply traveling five minutes down the road can result in dramatically different experiences.

This was the environment in which Tina, Clint, and I were trying to schedule their engagement session. While we didn't get all that much, we were fortunate to avoid any downpours, and only the slightest bit of drizzle. All of that uncertainty ultimately resulted in a beautiful if moody sunset and a double rainbow seen from the banks of Lake McDonald to close out our night together.
